Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson is in his first semester of reporting at the state Capitol. He is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Matt reports for KOMU-TV News in Columbia and also works in production at the station. Matt has been involved in Broadcast Journalism for seven years. He hopes to graduate in 2005 from the Missouri School of Journalism. Matt won the Robert F. Kennedy student journalism award for a high school broadcast feature he produced in 2000. He hopes to report and eventually anchor for a major network affiliate.
