The senate adopts a measure to form an independent mutual insurance company. Matt Johnson tells how this company will help better insure doctors against malpractice suits.

The Missouri Insurance Coaltion's executive director Calvin Call says--right now--only one company exists to represent doctors in malpractice suits.

He says financial concerns are the reason for a lack of similar companies in the state.
