Dustin Blanchard

Dustin is an undergraduate student of Broadcast Journalism at the University of Missouri - Columbia. He has a life-long interest in journalism . . . especially political coverage. He has interned at KOCO-TV in Oklahoma City, and currently also reports for KOMU-TV in Columbia, MO.

During his time at MDN, Dustin has covered some of the country's biggest stories. During the 2004 elections he reported on local, state and national campaigns through election night. Dustin also covered the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina -- as an embedded reporter with the Missouri National Guard.

After graduation, Dustin plans to continue a career of broadcast reporting.
