Josh Hinkle is a graduate student at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He studies public policy and broadcast journalism, while serving as the broadcast teaching assistant for the Jefferson City Capitol Reporting Program.
Josh received his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in broadcast journalism, Spanish and pre-law. He worked for a year as an associate producer at KWTV News 9, the CBS television affiliate in Oklahoma City.
Josh also spends his time working at KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri. His emphasis in the master's program at MU is public or civic journalism. He plans to work as a political reporter upon completion of his his degree.
