HB 1693 Sponsor:Zerr, Anne Status: H Economic Development Description: Restrict tax increment financing projects in the St. Louis area that provide tax breaks to developers. Restrict a county from overriding a TIF commission rejection unless a majority of the TIF commission members voted for a project.

HB 1999 Sponsor:Zerr, Anne Status: H Economic Development Description: Repeal a provision that prevented implementation of a tax break for some technology companies unless the China hub tax break was passed in the 2011 special legislative session. The entire MOSIRA (Missouri Science and Innovation Reinvestment Act) was declared invalid in February 2012 because of the provision requiring passage of a separate bill.
