    Description: Specifically exempt an automated traffic enforcement system violation from leading to points on a driving license and limit the fine to no more than $135. Died from a Senate filibuster. By prohibiting points, the bill would resolve a problem caused by a 2013 state Supreme Court decision that current law requires points for moving violations, which effectively stopped red-light cameras since the driver is not identified to get the points.
