    Description: Require teachers and government workers to report suspected child abuse immediately to a child protection office rather than to their supervisors. Prohibit any internal investigation by the employee's agency until the report has been filed. Like Pennsylvania, Missouri law does not require a school employee to report child abuse to the state, but rather only to the employee's supervisor.
