Wrap: Democratic Representative Rory Ellinger, from St. Louis County, has been missing from the state Capitol because he is battling liver cancer.

Democratic Representative Judy Morgan, from Jackson County, presented Ellinger's bill that makes it legal to breastfeed while on jury duty to a Senate Committee.

Description: As some of you may know he is very ill and he has not been able to attend the legislature for the last several weeks, so I was asked to handle the bill for him when it came to the floor.

The bill was passed out of committee Monday and then passed unanimously through the Senate.

This is the first bill that has passed that Ellinger has sponsored.

Reporting from the state Capitol, I'm John Zupon.
