Wrap: Nixon also met with both Republican caucuess on Monday about Boeing locating in the state.

On Wednesday, the Senate passed the bill that offers Boeing $1.7 billion over 23 years based on the number of jobs it creates.

A House committee passed the bill Thursday and the whole House is expected to vote on the bill Friday.

Nixon says while other states are competing for Boeing, he is confident Missouri can compete at a high level.

Description: But I'm also equally confident that with the history of Boeing working here, our strong workforce, our ability to put together a bipartisan group here to have a good, solid incentive package that also protects taxpayers wallets, all of those I think put us in a strong place to compete for these jobs.

Missouri has until December 10th to pass a proposal.
