Wrap: Republican legislative leaders filed the lawsuit against the Democratic Secretary of State's ballot language for a measure to prevent the Democratic administration from implementing a portion of the federal health care law.

The Republican's attorney, Jay Kanzler charged the Democratic official's language was misleading.

The Secretary of State's attorney defended the ballot language and said it should stay.
