Wrap: The group of Republicans spoke out one week after Missouri's Senate joined the House urging Attorney General Chris Koster to sue.

St. Louis County Republican Senator Jane Cunningham says it wouldn't cost the state anything.

Run Time:  00:09
Description: "I just think it's unconscionable, almost, not to get in after our citizens and our legislature have spoken so loudly. And the cost is zero."

KMOX tried to ask Koster whether he would join the suit.

But the attorney general refused comment after a news conference on an unrelated matter.

Wrap: But the attorney general refused comment after his news conference about cleaning up the Lake of the Ozarks.

Republican lawmakers, including St. Louis County Republican Representative Tim Jones, say Koster needs to act.

Actuality:  JONES2.WAV
Run Time:  00:06
Description: "He has a constitutional duty to step up, join these lawsuits and show where Missouri is being harmed."

Jones says the federal law is harming Missouri, at least in the number of staffers trying to figure out how it'll affect the Show-Me State.
