Wrap: Missouri students are currently averaging a 21.6 on their ACT.

The test which has a possible score of 36 had an average score of a 21.1 this past year.

Although Missouri still ranks above the national average, the score for Missourians has not changed over the past five years.

The Missouri state board of education is reevaluating high school graduation requirements and college readiness programs.

The board could not come to a decision Tuesday how to improve students ACT scores.
