Description: Give the attorney general authority to prosecuting abortion law violations. The final version includes prohibiting local ordinances from restricting pregnancy resource services, require annual reports to the legislature of aborted fetus pathology exams, requiring annual uannounced inspections of abortion facilities and additional requirements on facility physicians.
