Description: Impose various restrictions on discrimination lawsuits by an employees against employers. Require discrimination be a motivating factor. Exclude from the discrimination lawsuit law some smaller businesses, private clubs and religious organizations. Also abrogates several court decisions going back to 1973 involving discrimination lawsuits.
