Description: Provide an exemption on the day time changes between daylight savings and non-daylight savings to a limit of a 12-hour work day for employees in some mental health facilities. The House added a provision to transferring to the Senior Services Protection Fund any unused fees and funds from commissions, licensing boards and agencies.
