Description: Require higher education institutions to award credit for military courses that meet the standards of the American Council on Education. Also includes provisions for no-cost professional license renewal for a service member on active duty. Require recognition of military training in determing license educational requirements. The amended House version had a number of other unrelated provisions dealing with veterans.
