* SCS HB 758 Sponsor:Bondon, Jack Status: S 3rd Read (IN BUDGET) Description: Prohibit the Health Department from having as an inspector of a hospital a person had been an employee of the hospital or another hospital within its organization in the prior two years. Require the department to require every newly hired inspector to disclose the name of every hospital that has imployed the person for the past ten years. The House-passed version authorizes a relative to have electronic monitoring of a long-term care patient.
