Description: Impose various restrictions on discrimination lawsuits by an employees against employers. Require discrimination be a motivating factor. Exclude from the discrimination lawsuit law some smaller businesses, private clubs and religious organizations. Limit lawsuit awards. Also abrogates several court decisions going back to 1973 involving discrimination lawsuits.
