Description: Prohibit lobbyists making expenditures for local elected officials except for an event in which all the local government's elected officials were invited to the event. Ban lobbyists for local government making expenditures for state public officials, with exceptions. The amended House bill would let government block public access to various records involving constituent communication, recommendations to government or personal identifying info. like cell phones or Social Security #s.
