Description: Repeal a requirement that a person less than 18 years of age was acting under coercion for an affirmative defense of prostitution. Just make being under age 18 an affirmative defense. The SS made the bill an omnibus bill on children with subjects including Amber alerts, end-of-life decisions, foster care, child support enforcement, bullying and online prostitution services.
