Description: Expand the crime of elder abuse to include include undue influence to take advantage of an elderly person's vulnerable state of mind, need or pain. HA 3 repeals a provision in the law that provides that school employees and some other state employees are to report child abuse to their supervisor rather than the state abuse hot line.
