HCS HB 1206 Sponsor:Anderson, Sonya Status: S Agriculture, Food & Outdoor Resources Description: A couple of Natural Resources Department funding changes. Let the department spend money from a grantor or donor without legislative appropriations. Limit the requirement to advertise bids for park concessions only if the expected annual gross receipts will be $25,000 or more. Allow the department director contract for services to department property for up to two years without competitive bids, in some cases.
