Require an investigation of a child abuse worker if a child is seriously injured after the worker began work on a report about the child. Prohibit workers leaving identifying material at a home if it might endanger the child. The amended House version includes several other issues including banning welfare cash withdrawals at gambling boats, special education, business tax breaks and more.
