    Description: Change the definition of livestock under a couple of laws regulating livestock. The bill just adds the word "buffalo" for "bison." The bill's sponsor said the term buffalo actually means just water buffalo. The SS prohibits local government from regulating fertilizer or seeds.

    Description: Prohibit local government adopting an ordinance or rule that terminates a job of working animals in commerce including entertainment. The bill effectively would kill a St. Louis city ordinance to restrict horse carriages in the city. The House added other unrelated local government provisions limiting local government powers in other areas.
