    Description: Repeal provisions that the state Liquor Control division must inspect the production of beer. Instead, simply require that the producer have a certificate of approval from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms that verifies the alcohol content. Current law requires Liquor Control to verify that the beer was made from pure hops, barley, yeast and water (but not the alcohol content).
