    Description: Impose a restriction on use of the Alcohol and Tobacco Control Fund by the Alcohol and Tobacco Control Division. Limit use to pursuing specific provisions of the division's authority involving implementation and enforcement. Under curent law, the fund's money can be spent on nearly anything involving liquor control. This bill would exclude use of the funds for regulating sale of liquor through a mobile phone at entertainment sites like stadiums that was authorized by the legislature in 2016.
