HCS HB 986 Sponsor:Wood, David Status: H Rules - Legislative Oversight Description: Various changes in prescription drug coverage under Medicaid. Restrict to a 15-day trial for the first time a drug is prescribed to a patient and require prior authorization. Require manufactors to explain reasons for drugs with high cost increases. Impose additional restrictions antipsychotic drugs.
