Description: Extend a law requiring criminal background checks of school bus drivers to include municipal bus drivers if the city has a contract to provide bus service for schools. Specifically authorize school districts to contract municipalities for bus services. Require an adult supervisor be on the city bus transporting students and the driver to undergo the training required of school bus drivers and have a criminal background check.
