Senate leaders unsure about Greitens' tax cut proposal

Top leaders in the Missouri Senate are effectively throwing the Governor Eric Greitens’ tax plan under the bus.

Wrap: Senate President Pro Tem Ron Richard says he does not believe the tax plan is valid.

Greitens says the plan is revenue-neutral – meaning that the cuts are offset by savings elsewhere.

At a news conference, Richard said believes the plan has some holes in it.
