Wrap: Former Navy SEAL and author Eric Greitens declared his intent to run to be Republican nominee for Missouri governor with a gathering in front of the secretary of state's office.

When asked if candidates should file for public office in person or over the Internet, Campaign Manager Austin Chambers cut in to say that Greitens did not have enough information to answer.

The candidate immediately spoke up to celebrate the major step of his campaign.
