Nasheed, Chapelle-Nadal Question Nixon's Proposed Plans For Ferguson

Nixon discussed the importance of education as he ended his discussion of Ferguson, yet his proposed budget for 2016 cut half a million dollars from Lincoln University. The historically black institution was founded by Civil War veterans.
