Wrap:The Ferguson bill proposed by Sharon Pace D-St. Louis would require all peace officers to attend training courses on diversity as well as courses on how to handle situations of unrest and demonstrations.

Holly Roe with the Communication Workers of America took an issue on the way some police officers treat people in the community.

Roe also said that this has been an issue for fifty years and America has not been able to move forward.

The committee took no immediate action on the bill.
