The House gave first round approval to a measure that would make it easier to brew your own beer.
Wrap: Representative Don Gosen's measure would make it easier for businesses to provide beer-brewing equipment to customers seeking to brew their own beer.
|Description: This would allow all these brew-on-premise businesses to have a very simple, straight-forward license that's appropriate for what they do.|
The bill would not affect those who wish to brew beer in their own homes.
The House will now vote on whether or not to pass the bill.
