Governor Jay Nixon toured an aging Capitol basement as he touted the need for Capitol repairs

Senate Democratic Leader Joe Keaveny of St. Louis also touted the need for repairs.

Nixon said the estimated cost for repairs is between 40 to 75 million dollars, but that could change depending on the various nature of the projects.
