Wrap: The smoking ban was defeated without any Republicans voting for it. The Democratic motion would have banned smoking in all House member's offices. Something St. Louis Democratic Minority Leader Jacob Hummel says should have happened a long time ago.

Run Time:  00:12
Description: "How can we continue to allow smoking in our offices? It's not right. We're exposing people to carcinogens. Everyone knows it. It's time to put an end to it."
