Run Time:  00:14
Description: "We're letting our state infrastructure - roads, public buildings, and utility infrastructure - go to hell in a handbasket while we're worrying patently unconstitutional gun bills, Agenda 21 and Sharia law."

Kelly says he's encouraging State Representative Stephen Webber to run for Senate.

Kelly will run for Senate himself if Webber decides not to run.

Wrap: State Representative Chris Kelly led bipartisan efforts in the House for fifteen years.

Now, he's calling it quits with two years to go.

Kelly says he's not seeking another term because he's tired of the legislature focusing on extremist issues.

Actuality:  CKELLY1.WAV
Run Time:  00:11
Description: "The legislature spends way too much time on frivolous political nonsense while the infrastructure of Missouri continues to deteriorate."

Kelly says he will run for Senate if a Columbia, Missouri colleague decides not to run.

But for now, Kelly is actively encouraging his co-worker to run for Senate.
