Supreme Court Upholds Adult Entertainment Ban

Wrap: The Missouri Supreme Court unanimously upheld a 2010 Missouri law placing new regulations on state sex shops Tuesday.

The law, originally proposed by Republican State Senator Matt Bartle, prevents these shops from staying open past midnight and strippers from getting completely nude.

But Tom Rynard, the attorney defending the adult entertainment industry, says this case could be far from over.

The Court ruled the regulations protect the "health, welfare, and safety of Missouri residents."
