Wrap: Republican Senator Jim Lembke, proposed the resolution to make sure branches of the government stay seperate.

Under the resolution Nixon would not "make laws or choose to ignore laws that do not suit his political agenda."

This resolution comes after the Missouri Health Insurance Pool considered accepting a 21 million dollar grant from the federal government to implement President Obama's federal health care plan in Missouri.

But, spokesman for the governor's office Scott Holste says this resolution is unnecessary.
