Wrap: The bill appropriating 150 million dollars from the Budget Reserve Fund passed 22 to 1 in the Missouri Legislature this Thursday.

House Budget Chair Ryan Silvey says government should use the dedicated fund created for the purpose of natural disaster recovery instead of withholding money from other programs.

Silvey says the approach could benefit the government by paying it back in next three years.

Description: If unemployment goes down in three years and employmentt is back to normal in the four or five percent range, then you will have an increased revenue and the cut will be further diminished.

Democratic Representative Jason Kander says he will not support the bill until he knows what the cost is for paying it back.
