Supporters say they want the Fair tax and Flat tax on the ballot in November.

Anita Foelsch from St. Charles says she will campaign to local and federal representatives until they take action.

Supporters are in Clayton, Missouri for the second annual tax day demonstration on Thursday.

Intro:  A lone protester outside the Tea Party rally at the Capitol said he thinks there is underlying racism in the Tea Party's agenda.

Collins also noted the lack of diversity and says he believes he was the only black person in attendence.

Supporters in other states have brought racist chants and signs to other tea party rallies.

Michael Reagan, Radio Host and son of former President Ronald Reagan, responded to the racist claims by saying it's not new for racist groups to jump on the bandwagon.
