Wrap: Fox News Network is suing Missouri Democratic Senate Candidate Robin Carnahan's campaign.

The network says a Carnahan campaign ad makes its reporter Chris Wallace seem to endorse Carnahan in a 2006 interview with Blunt.

Don Hicks, The CEO of the Missouri Broadcaster's Association, says the suit focuses on unfair use of the interview.

Actuality:  HICKS3.WAV
Run Time:  00:09
Description: "The fact that you lift something to use for a non-news purpose, I think that's really the basis for the suit."

The television ad is no longer on YouTube or Robin Carnahan's campaign website.

From the state Capitol, I'm Michael Langenberg.
