Wrap: The Association of Missouri Electrical Rural Co-ops presented their plan to test carbon sequestion to a house committee on Tuesday.

If the bill passes, it limits anyone in Greene County from suing either a business or the government for more than Three-hundred-thousand dollars if someone gets injured or killed.

Representative Shane Schoeller sponsors the bill.

Actuality:  SHOELLER.WAV
Run Time:  00:10
Description: "My sense of it would be because of the pressing need to have this in case this does pass, that they want to make sure they've got every base covered. And this is part of covering the bases. This is part of the project."

Some committee members questioned whether three-hundred-thousand dollars is how much a life is worth.
