Jackson County Republican Representative Gary Dusenberg says there are not any sanctuary cities in Missouri but that Kansas City may as well be one.

Actuality:  DUSE4.WAV
Run Time: 00:10
Description: It increasingly places burdens on our health system, education system, and of course our criminal justice system. And most of all it's a burden on the American tax payers and citizens.

Dusenberg sponsors a bill that would prohibit all local municipalities from becoming safe-havens for illegal aliens.

Any community that wants to become a sanctuary would lose state grant money.
