Intro: Those in position to form a North American Union say it could never happen, but one Missouri Senator would rather be safe than sorry.
Jessica Miller has more from the State Capitol. Republican Senator Chuck Purgason urged opposition to the formation of a North American Union that would loosen border restrictions between Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
David Keller, with the Missourians Against Illegal Immigration testified in support of Pergason and said he fears a Union such as this one would de-Americanize the United States.
