Intro: Clashes between House and Senate Leadership are stalling big issue bills in the legislature.
Emily Rau (Ra-OW)has more from the State Capitol. The last week of legislative session is always filled with hot debate and controversial issues.
But this year, things are different.
Democratic Senator Tim Green says there is a noticeable lack of commmunication that is leading to major stalls in the legislature.
Green says this year is worse than any other since he began working at the capitol in 1989. The last day of the 2008 legislative session is this Friday. Reporting from Jefferson City, I'm Emily Rau.
