The Missouri House gave first round approval to a bill saying any driver who's lost their driving privilege to an alcohol related offense will be required to use a breathalizer before driving.

The bill's sponsor Republican Representative Neal St.Onge says that too many of our DWI offenders are still on the road repeating their offenses.

Description: Mr. Speaker if on the way home this evening or on the way home, you see one hundred cars, statistically three of them are going to have multiple DWI offenses.

Democratic Representative John Kuessner says this bill allows flexibility and  more oversight for alcohol related offenders returning to the driving community.
