Intro: Alcohol related offenders could be required to use a breathalizer to start their vehicles.

The Missouri House gave first round approval to a bill saying any driver who's lost their driving privilege to an alcohol related offense will be required to use a breathalizer before driving.
The bill's sponsor Republican Representative Neal St.Onge says that too many of our DWI offenders are still on the road repeating their offenses.
