Intro: A bill that would make ticket scalping legal came before the Senate special session. Some think it is helping out the little man while others think it is only creating more opportunities for big business to make money.
Beth Ford has more from the Missouri Senate chamber. Last session, fellow Republican Senator John Loudon sponsored similar legislation on limiting large ticket purchases but it failed to pass. Reporting from the state Capitol, I'm Beth Ford.
The bill's sponsor, Republican Senator Matt Bartle, says he is sponsoring the amendment as a service to regular people who just like going to events.

The Senate has yet to vote on the amendment.
