Intro: A bill that would make ticket scalping legal came before the Senate special session.  Some think it is helping out the little man while others think it is only creating more opportunities for big business to make money.

The bill's sponsor, Republican Senator Matt Bartle, says he is sponsoring the amendment as a service to regular people who just like going to events.

Last session, fellow Republican Senator John Loudon sponsored similar legislation on limiting large ticket purchases but it failed to pass.

Description: "The evidence is this will actually make tickets more affordable and I hope that's right.  If it's not, we're going to have to come back here and revisit the issue."

The Senate has yet to vote on the amendment.
