Scott Eckersley, former deputy counsel for Gov. Blunt, said he was fired when he told the governor's office their emails were public record.  Eckersley's lawyer spoke with Chip Robertson about the case.

Robertson is the former Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice. He said he'll decide whether or not to join the case after Eckersley's laywer sends him information.

Description: That would entail, you know, what they say the facts are, who the parties would be, what the causes of action would be, all of the kinds of things that go together to make a lawyer make a reasoned decision about whether he or she should be in a case.

Eckersley's lawyer said he hopes to send the information to Robertson Tuesday.
