Thousands gathered at the state Capitol to protest last November's passage of Amendment 2.
Missouri Right to Life hosted the public event, which featured headline speeches from state politicians including Representative Jim Lembke.
The Republican from St. Louis county says that Amendment 2 was misleading to voters.
Lembke currently has a house resolution to restrict stem cell research.
