Intro: Sen. Koster's plans for the upcoming legislative session
Sen. Chris Koster will pursue the same legislative agenda as a Democrat that he did as a Republican.
Koster hopes his switch will allow him to address the issues that didn't gain ground before.
In the upcoming legislative session, Koster will focus on overhauling Medicaid, addressing Medicaid fraud, and cracking down on employers who hire illegal immigrants.
